CRL Contract 115 (CR115) Package E2: Tavistock Station

This project is part of the Cross Island Line (CRL), Singapore’s longest fully underground MRT line, extending over 50 kilometres. The CRL is designed to enhance connectivity across the island, serving both current and future developments in the eastern, western, and northeastern corridors. Key urban and economic hubs connected by the CRL include the Jurong Lake District, Punggol Digital District, and the Changi region.

Contract CR115 Package E2 comprises the design, construction, and completion of CRL Tavistock Station, a Civil Defence (CD) underground station. The scope under this package also includes four (4) station entrances with connecting underground subways, one (1) intermediate TBM shaft, four (4) bored tunnel drives for the mainline (Eastbound and Westbound), four (4) cross passages and two (2) tunnel sumps.

This project scope includes the provision of Qualified Person (QP) supervision and Qualified Site Supervision (QSS) services for the construction of Tavistock Station and its associated works, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, safety, and quality requirements throughout all construction phases.
